Duchess Grey is a twist to the traditional Earl Grey recipe. In addition to the bergamot oil; orange pieces, lime leaves and dried flowers (rose petals, blue cornflowers) have been added to this blend to enhance the aroma and taste of this traditional classic tea. This blend is known for boosting the mood and immune system and is a great alternative tea aiding digestion. This tea can also be prepared as a refreshing ice tea, simply brew the tea as instructed, but double the amount of leaves you would normally use. Allow it to cool, and then pour the brewed tea over ice. You can also add sweeteners, lemon, or mint for an extra twist.
